Sadly, I was let down pretty quickly.

1. To start, the numbers they promised are way off; they’re offering me 60% upfront and charging 3% in fees!

2. We’re meant to have a personal account manager, but getting in touch with him is a real hassle. A week after I sent my email and followed up, he finally gets back to me with a new offer of 65% instead of the original 60%! I then asked if he could adjust the fees, but I didn’t hear back from him for three weeks, even after I reminded him!

In short, this service is quite pricey, and the account manager's availability is really poor. I can only imagine how it would be if I needed assistance with something more critical.
